As part of a long-term partnership between Marketing Méditerranée and Airbus Helicopters, we conduct annual marketing studies and provide communication support, following a customer-centric approach. Each year, we produce on average 4 market reports and 10 communication materials.

IRSAM

We worked with IRSAM, an association dedicated to people with sensory disabilities, by analyzing the potential of a fast-food project aimed at their professional integration. Following our market study, our revenue forecast helped assess the financial viability of this project. The project was launched and has already enabled the integration of 6 people with disabilities.

ARCHITEUTHIS

We developed the Business Model and Business Plan for Architeuthis, a French startup that
builds and installs artificial reefs to combat the destruction of damaged marine ecosystems.
We supported the startup in its international ambition by analyzing and modeling its potential in other countries. One year later, the startup had installed over 1,000 reef blocks in about
twenty reefs worldwide.

SHAARY

We conducted a benchmark of SHAARY’s 4 main competitors to identify their best communication practices. Then we organized a focus group, followed by a quantitative surveyin Marseille, and finally created a communication plan and the necessary communication materials (photos and videos) to implement it.
